All prices are in EUR and include value added tax (VAT), unless explicitly otherwise stated. Prices are valid on the day of purchase i.e. moment of checkout on the eggo webshop. Prices are valid for the given payment methods and under the supplied terms and conditions.
Should the price of an item change during processing of an order the customer will be notified. The seller will do their very best to attempt to provide the customer a lower price or offer a mutually acceptable solution.
INFORMATION ABOUT PAST ORDERS
Information about past orders is kept in the eggo webshop database. Our webshop uses the Shopify platform. Customers can browse their past orders through the webshop interface if they registered prior to completing their order.
Customers can purchase our products on the website www.eggoglow.com
Purchasing is carried out by the customer by adding selected items to their shopping cart. The products and quantities in the cart can be changed at any moment before final confirmation.
Placing an order is completed in the following steps:
STEP 1: CONTACT INFORMATION
In this step, provide contact information, which you can choose to be stored in the webshop’s database and thus facilitate your next visit, therefore there is no need to always re-enter your data - registration with a username and password is enough.
STEP 2: SHIPPING INFORMATION

STEP 3: PAYMENT
You can choose from different methods of payment:
Credit card payment. You will be guided through the payment process on the checkout page.
Paypal payment. You will be guided through the payment process on the checkout page.
Cash on Delivery. You will receive an email confirmation with your delivery and pay upon delivery of your order.
The billing address can be different from the shipping address. If it is, choose "Use a different billing address" and enter the billing address.
STEP 4: REVIEW ORDER
You can review your order and if necessary change any information prior to submitting (completing) your order. If you need to change any information, you can go back and do so.
STEP 5: COMPLETE ORDER
Once you are sure all the entered information is correct, click Complete your order. By clicking “Complete your order” you agree to our terms of service and you agree to the payment of the amount indicated on the order.
STEP 6: ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once we receive your request, we will send you a summary of your order by email. The contract of sale of ordered products between seller and customer is irrevocably established at this point. For further information about your order or any additional changes to the order, you can reach us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Registration is not required to successfully place an order.
NOTIFICATION OF THE CONTRACT
After completing the order, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email. We may call or contact the customer to verify data or confirmation of delivery. The purchase process for legal persons is the same as for natural persons, only at the end of the purchase, the company and the tax identification number of the company need to be written. The payment options are the same.
The contract (order) is stored in electronic form on the supplier's servers and is made available to the customer at any moment in their user profile (My account).
The customer will receive the invoice for their order electronically within 4 days of fulfilling the order. If you did not receive your invoice within this time frame, please contact us at email@example.com and we will send it immediately.
According to the Consumer Protection Act the customer has the right to notify the Company (via telephone, email or mail in which case date of the day the mail was sent counts within the notification deadline) of contract cancellation within 30 days of receipt if not satisfied with ordered products, without having to state reasons for doing so. However, eggo team kindly asks customers to fill out an exchange/return form, which will make any mistakes and shortcomings easier to correct.

The only expense incurred by the consumer when returning products is the direct shipping cost back to us.
Products must be returned no later than 30 days after the cancellation of the contract, unused and undamaged, except when damage was not caused by the customer. The return is deemed in time if the parcel is submitted in the required time.
The purchase price for the returned products will be transferred back to the customer using the same method of payment used by the customer for ordering the product. The funds will be returned no later than 14 days after receiving the returned products.
The company reserves the right to refuse receipt of COD parcels or other packages not conforming to these terms & conditions.
RECLAMATIONS DUE TO MATERIAL DEFECT
We want to help you as fast as possible. It’s important that you contact us as soon as you observe a defect on your item.
Defects shown on your device within two months from purchase date that are not caused by normal usage, is a claim. Note that you cannot reclaim a device older than one year.
You can start a reclamation claim by sending us a picture of the damaged item to firstname.lastname@example.org. The picture may be sufficient in order to grant a refund or exchange you for a new item. We do, however, reserve the right to examine the product physically in which case the customer must send the product to us. The customer covers any damages or lost packages during shipping.
In case of malfunctions resulting from incorrect use, negligence, mechanical damage and Acts of God reclamation is void. Reclamations are also null in case of visible signs of modification by an unauthorized third party, incorrect use or negligent behaviour.
PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer or phone monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
We wish to facilitate our clients’ purchases as much as possible, so we are available for any additional information via email@example.com. We also allow for the return or exchange of products according to our Return Policy.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The seller will do their best to guarantee all information published on this website is up to date and accurate. Even so product features, availability and price may change so rapidly that the seller is unable to update all information. In such a case the seller will notify the customer of any changes and allow them to cancel the order or change it for a different product.
We reserve the right to make any changes to the content on our website.
COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES
Eggo respects the current consumer protection legislation and seeks to do its best to fulfil its duty to provide an effective complaint handling system.
Within 5 business days we will confirm that we have received the complaint and let the customer know how long it will take to handle their complaint. We will update the customer regularly.
In case of a complaint, customers can get in contact with us by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org). The complaint processing procedure is confidential.
We are aware that the essential characteristic of consumer disputes is the disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the time needed and the costs arising out of the resolution of the dispute, which is also the main obstacle for the consumer not to bring a dispute before the court. That is why we strive to do our best to resolve any disputes by mutual consent.
OUT-OF-COURT SETTLEMENT OF CONSUMER DISPUTES
In accordance with the legal norms, eggo does not recognize any performer of out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes as competent to deal with a consumer dispute that the consumer could start in accordance with the Act on Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution.
As a provider of goods and services running a webshop in the territory of the EU, we are obliged to publish a link to the Online Dispute Resolution Platform (ODR) on our website. The platform is available to consumers on this website.
This arrangement is based on the Law On Out-Of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution, Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 May 2013 on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes and amending Regulation (EC) No 2006/2004 and Directive 2009/22/EC (Regulation on consumer ODR).
